Georgios Kyriazis: (PhD Candidate – Adjunct Faculty); is an architect, adjunct professor and PhD candidate at the University of Cyprus where he has been teaching architectural design studio and supervising Diploma students since 2015. He has also taught an advanced theory class on architecture and imagery and curated exhibitions. He graduated with honours in excellence in design, research proposal award, and portfolio honorarium from Columbia University Master’s Program AAD. His research interest focuses on the relationship between image theory and architecture design and his practice is based on a multidisciplinary approach with projects varying from architecture to graphic design. He has been involved in numerous workshops all around Europe and has participated as well as served as the National Contact of Cyprus, for 10 years, to the European Architecture Student Assembly (EASA); a platform for cultural and educational exchange, connecting architecture students and professionals across Europe and the world.
